Please read the following before you request a new account.

Access to the Members' area of the Shuyokan web site is limited to Members of the Shuyokan and our Shuyokai. BEFORE completing and submitting this form, please complete and submit the Shuyokan Account Request Form with the necessary information to verify your status. After completing the Shuyokan Account Request Form, you will be redirected here to complete the process.

After your school affiliation is verified your account will be made active.

TO REPEAT: If you do not complete and submit the Shuyokan Account Request Form your request for an account WILL BE DELETED and no action will be taken until you submit BOTH forms.

We apologize for these steps but due to the high incidence of spam account registration requests, this extra security is necessary.
